Any data retrieved (such as YouTube usernames or IDs) is used solely for display correction inside the YouTube Live Chat.
No personal data is stored permanently by the Extension.
No data is shared with third parties, except the external API endpoint explicitly required for functionality.

4. Permissions

The Extension requires host permissions for *.youtube.com to function on YouTube Live Chat pages, and https://qquas.com/* to fetch corrected display names. No additional Chrome API permissions are used.

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension relies on https://qquas.com/ to resolve user IDs into display names. This service does not store or share user data beyond what is needed to resolve the name.

6. User Control

You may disable or uninstall the Extension at any time from Chrome settings. Once uninstalled, the Extension will no longer access or process any data.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Effective Date".
